My mother and grandmother live together and when the cold snap / polar vortex hit, their heater seemingly broke. My mother called several local companies, several of them telling her it would take a week to get to them. However, one lady at South Jersey Gas made sure someone got to their house the day after my mom called. I can not thank her enough! She took the time to actually be concerned about their welfare! In this world, that is nothing short of amazing!
