A recent letter from the mayor suggests they may have to raise taxes $100 per home if they don't get the money for the front loader on a bond. They just raised the sewer bill $100 per house? The streets are in horrible condition and I feel like I am playing a pinball machine when driving down Poplar around the man hole covers. Please get the roads fixed and pay whatever it is. This community needs a much needed makeover. Start with the streets and homes that should be torn down. Nobody would mind paying $100 per household for improvements to the community.
