To those who complain about spending in Stone Harbor, the problem is that the voters will only elect Rep. who have obviously shown an inability to govern from a fiscal point of view. Dare an Ind. or Dem. to run who demonstrates an ability (via past experience) to manage and budget responsibly. That person will have no chance at winning. So, Stone Harbor will continue to do what they always do;fumble the fiscal football year after year. Too bad, as there are some great residents who are Dem./Ind., who have proven leadership skills, and would make outstanding leaders.
