I'm plain confused. When it snows, why do tv stations find it important to list every school district closing in every county, on and on? School staff and public workers have their own internal notification systems about snow days. Isn't it a matter of common sense for parents to keep their kids at home if weather conditions are bad? It's what my folks did.
