Middle Dems are way off base when making an issue of township employees' morale. After years of neglect and mismanagement by the Dems, the good employees are finally being recognized and rewarded. The few employees that are just there to pick up a paycheck and count the days until retirement, are shocked when they are finally held accountable to do the job right and give the taxpayers a return on their investment. They're the ones whining. You'll also notice that no family members of the GOP majority on committee have been hired. That's a breath of fresh air and a positive change.
