Patsy's Way development was not a warning to everyone in the community. Conifer was the warning. High density, low income housing projects are failures, but you Patsy Way whiners didn't care one bit about that. Patsy’s Way development is single family homes on one acre lots for handicapped families. No one cared about flooding when they were going to build mansions back there. All of you should be ashamed.
