For second class Dennis Township citizens, ringing in 2014 will now be four years since the shared services Upper/Dennis Municipal Court and the State Police have enforced nuisance noise regulations in Upper, but not in Dennis. Dennis is also the only municipality in Cape May County with no noise ordinance of any type. If there is any reader out there who can articulate why Dennis Township noise is so special, please advise.
