The leaf schedule says Hand Ave., Nov 22, 25-27. Our leaves were out by noon on the 25th and are still there today. The woman at Public Works said they did an early pickup. Five weeks later, they are still there (or they have blown back in my yard). The leadership stinks and the secretary is clueless, and I can read. People pay good money to have leaves picked up. Public Works should do their job, not make excuses. Get a grip. I personally could perform better and I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is.
