I'm glad that someone has finally stated exactly how things are in our county concerning senior home care. I've experienced dealing with the county's choice of services from their choice of vendor, and sitting and waiting for an aide to show who doesn't, or if they do, returning home only to find them sitting outdoors smoking or on their cell phones while the patient is not being attended to. Many do not have the training and/or perhaps are only a companion. Is this what the county is proud of providing?
