Assemblyman Nelson Albano, who just lost his seat in Nov.'s election, just became the first Assemblyman in over 35 years to be fined for an ethics violation. Does this mean Jeff Van Drew, who put out a whopper of a press release during the campaign saying that Albano was cleared of any wrong doing by the ethics panel, will put out a press release announcing that not only did the panel vote to give Albano a commendation, but that Albano actually won in Nov.?
