Why does Cape May have hundreds of benches lined up end-to-end a few feet apart for most of the promenade, while there are no benches on the deck of the new convention hall, where the ocean and sunset views are spectacular? If the reason is they're afraid of creating a hang-out for kids, it's not valid because they have surveillance cameras there. If it is because they can't securely mount the benches on the deck, that is just poor planning. This is perfect space for benches to be installed for the enjoyment of tourists and residents.
