Would the person donating the marshlands in Diamond Beach for the proposed water tower be the same person who violated DEP regulations in 1998 as he demolished the dunes for his Club Atlantis and then repeatedly ignored the DEP order to restore them? I agree with the spouter who said we must protest this strongly!
