Thanks to those that decided to "save money" (no doubt wasting it somewhere else) by closing the Cape Human Resources' LIHEAP office in Whitesboro. Now we have to deal with the Puerto Rican Action Committee in Woodbine. They seldom answer their phone. When the Whitesboro office was open, you could go there just about anytime, Monday-Friday, and speak to someone face-to-face. We miss all those who lost their jobs in this irrational cut in services!
