What's with the West Cape May Christmas Parade this year? The parade stood still for almost 10 minutes at a time. The delays made the freezing weather even worse. We left early. And to top it off, we got a parking ticket. Apparently, West Cape May does not want us to attend the parade or support it by attending fundraisers. No more parade for us.
