Cape May Police and businesses need to address the skate boarders jumping on the benches and riding in and out while the tourists are trying to shop at Washington Street Mall. These unruly teenagers are tossing poppers at our feet while we are walking to the stores. Someone is going to get hurt . I do think Cape May likes the tourists to spend money at the stores. Am I wrong?
