I hear that some people proposed allowing dogs on the Washington Street Mall. I think this is a bad idea. Have you seen all of the dog poop on the promenade? Some dog owners give the rest a bad name when they don't pick up after their animals. Besides, there are already many dog owners who ignore the current law which prohibits dogs on the mall.
