Federal housing laws protect people living in their homes. People who advocate for driving people out of their homes, or act out on driving people out of their homes because of race, gender, sexual orientaion, ethnicity, political affiliation, or expression of constitutional First Amendment rights have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
