My toilet used to work, and my water situation, where volume was concerned, was quite adequate. Since this prolonged tearing up of the streets, I've had to make constant use of my plunger. I'm paying for water. What are the citizens supposed to derive from this project, besides it's expense, and inconvenience? Will taxes be raised again because of this? I can't wait.
