Give the employees of Cape May Tech their fair shake and a much needed pay raise. It's long overdue. They are very professional day in and day out. Have not had a contract in several years. The administrators never turn down there pay increases and comp time. Which comes up more often then teachers, aides, and other support staff members. "No contract still working always caring".
