The thousands of Herald readers who read the Spout-Off column every week are quite capable to decide for themselves as to the validity of all the problems and issues presented in this forum about Dennis Township. This township (and all its individual town designations) collectively leads all other communities in spout submissions, and I applaud all those who speak out about governmental affairs, community living conditions, schools and education, recreational activities, health and safety concerns, and all other issues of the day. Public opinion determines reputation and shapes change.
