I have to agree with the spouter from Villas who states the writing of the Herald has become poor. For example, the article, "Lower Trash Truck Struck by Car". This happened Oct. 31 and was reported 3 weeks later on 11/20. It doesn't state the road or intersection, time, possible cause or the names of anyone involved. And on 11-27, it was reported, "NW also made an appointment to Sal De Simone's construction co. to help alleviate insurance premiums. Huh? No explanation offered. Other than that, great reporting.
