Re: The North Cape May comment on circular vs rectangular trash and recycle cans and how the rectangular cans would not blow around in the wind. Instead of leaving your filled cans out for days prior to trash/recycle day, especially during major wind events, do you neighbors and public works crew a favor and put them out the morning of the pickup.
