Why do vehicles that are registered to State, County, and Municipalities drive in passing lanes and do not move to the right lane? Signs on the Parkway read, Stay right Pass left. Not saying, if you are the above entities you,can stay in left lane and speed. But, then again who will pull those vehicles over and issue a ticket?
