As career minded workers navigate the jobs market, would it be equitable for said prospective employee to be hired or fired based upon loyalty to the boss? Or what they look like?, rather than their abilities, qualifications, knowledge, experience, resume. Should the top positions in this nation be filled with folks nominated based solely on their public devotion to one man, or for their disdain for said department they would top.
