On Sunday Trump once again said he was open to withdrawing the US from NATO. I guess his Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, didn't tell him he, Rubio, co-authored a bill that prohibits any President from withdrawing from NATO without Congressional approval. Somebody ought to read him a newspaper now and then.
