Cape May businesses should be paying for their recycling. Taxpayers (yes I know businesses are taxpayer's) but a house that puts out a small can of residential recycling should be not be subsidizing a hotel/restaurant that puts out multiple cans and boxes liquor bottles that are piled up around the curbs. Summer is the worst. Especially when it's windy or a storm and it gets littered everywhere. All businesses should pay for their recycling to get picked up. around town.
