Cape May has changed so much over the last five to ten years and the City Officials should adapt. Keep the lights on Beach Avenue year round, it certainly isn't a four to five month community anymore. There is so much increased activity with vendor suppliers for restaurants that are open year round, e bikes, LSV, etc, that if someone has to wait 45-60 seconds for a light to change green, they should go somewhere else and bring their impatience with them.
