While driving along Pittsburgh Ave. to our "year-round" home on Idaho Ave. in Cape May where the speed limit is 25mph I noticed a high-end SUV rapidly approaching the back of my vehicle. As he got closer, he made it a point to ride my bumper with the idea that I would speed up or move over. Neither happened.The vehicle also had NY plates. Go figure! Here's the deal.
