An already existing in town (and county) business owner was looking to spend over $150,000,000 on a new resort hotel at the movie theater that would significantly improve the neighborhood and most likely increase events at the City owned Convention Center. The neighbors claim ocean views would be impacted, reality check, you don't have ocean views as it is now. And can't the City make suggestions on the parking situation instead of a planning Board rejection ? The lack of vision on many parties behalf is sickening.
