Can any of the Cape May County Commissioners explain to the blue collar employees making $39,000 a year is a liveable wage? Oh, and don't throw in there that all are given a pension and health care. Employees can not eat those. But, all of you, approve, hire and give positions to retirees who for the most part all ready collect a sizeable pension. Also, positions where the individual does not have the knowledge for said, position. Also, how is it, that when and if blue collar employees get a lousy raise the County automatically gives raises to the white collar employees who make a liveable sum
