Anyone know how toxic/deep the Wildwood NJ landfill is? I know they've recently capped it with 17' of sand. I noticed the vent pipes coming out of sand. Does it smell? Any soil contamination from water runoff nearby? I'm looking to purchase a property across the street but i'm alittle apprehensive about it.
