Went to Douglass park to wave goodbye to family on the 6 pm ferry. It was dark, windy & cold & no one else was at the park except a creepy guy in an old vehicle who kept walking past my car to pretend to throw something in the trash can. I called a family member who goes to the park on a regular basis & they said that that vehicle is there a lot. Lower TWP & Lower PD have you spoken to the man who owns it? I sure hope he’s not permitted to sleep in his vehicle at the park. He put off really creepy vibes!
