XX=female. XY=male. XXY (Klinefelter syndrome) are males with an extra X chromosome and is a rare anomaly (1 in 1,000). These chromosomes combine at conception. Genetics is settled science. People who say "assigned female at birth" or "assigned male at birth" or say there are more than two genders are science deniers.
