Cape May Court House

The moderator chimed in about a spout from the Clermont spouter talking about the need to stop development. What was wrong about the spouters main point? So, should development continue until there is nothing left to develop regardless of the impact on taxes, water supply & cost, sewer rates, etc. or should it be stopped now to avert higher taxes, water & sewer rates? The County & municipalities can save land from development without having to buy it by not expanding sewer & water, by stopping subdivision of land. Maybe the Open Spaces program could preserve land?
