I’m a confused Upper parent. Primary school principal opened school clothing fundraiser to benefit Eagles charity. Another fundraiser for Eagles? We were told there is a budget crisis, lay offs, lost services, tax increases. Why isn’t the admin & staff focused on raising money for the school. Eagles charities don’t need our money this year. Our teachers and kids do! Or is the budget crisis over and no one told us?
