I’m a confused Upper parent. Is budget crisis over? Upper school district says they are in a budget crisis. ALL of the money raised by Upper PTO goes to the school. School staff, union, & admin are supporting Eagles charity that gives no money to the school. Trying to raise over $7,000 for Eagles. PTO has no staff support. For example, 40+ teachers at Eagles kickball v. 2 teachers at October PTO events .I guess the budget issues are fixed? If we can afford to give thousands away outside district, why can’t our kids have a late bus and more special ed teachers?
