To the person who threw a cigarette out the window while driving a green jeep sedan with new jersey tags on Breakwater rd Friday morning Nov 1st: i have your tag number and if a brush fire started in that area you would have been reported!!! Bone dry conditions and fire warnings up , dry leaves everywhere and you have no regard for others!!!
