I have been following ‘Watch the tramcar , please.’ lawsuit filed Floss Stingle, the woman who provided the voice. People asking the question, "Why did she wait so long?" aren't really grasping the the issue. Ms Stingle agreed that her voice be used on the tramcars ONLY . She did not give permission for it to be used for toys, commercials, etc. It was only until recently that Wildwood started using it for other commercial ventures. That's why she sued. She deserves her day in court!!!!
