North Korean troops now in Russia to help them win the Ukraine war - Russia does not need troops - they keep sending their criminals - mental health patients - and a variety of people they want to get rid of to fight in Ukraine and that way they do not have to deal with them at home - they are called "cannon fodder" and the North will send their misfits to fight also so they do not have to feed them and deal with them at home - it is called "cleaning house"
