Supreme Court said there is no immunity for unofficial acts. We’ve seen many non official acts from Biden and Harris. Will they be sued once leaving office? We’re in uncharted territory here, and there’s a reason it was previously uncharted and should have remained that way. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s democrats forced the Supreme Court to make the decision they did in the Quest for Trump, they didn’t want to, I believe they knew what it would lead to. Ironic that Joe and Kamala may have impacted themselves with their plan, not Trump. That happens when logic goes out the window.
