For years I've seen bicycles all over a crowded boardwalk during summer hours when they supposedly were not allowed and the police did nothing. So what happens when a 78 year old is riding a bicycle on the south end of the boardwalk the last Sunday in September when no one else is around? A speeding cart shows up with two police who angrily yell "its after 1 pm, get off the boardwalk or we'll give you a ticket!" Thanks for that outstanding effort first responders!
