I don’t know what type of phone you have but if you’re trying to read on a website, try putting two fingers only on the screen and pinch out to zoom in and pinch in to zoom out. You will have to slide around the screen to read however, phones aren’t ideal for reading. If you are talking about areas of the phone where this doesn’t work, you can make things bigger or smaller to fit more in settings, then look for accessibility.
