What is going on in the big box store ? Seriously 15 items or less?? Even in the fsat lane where you ring yourself up? And only 1 cashier. A lot of people in this area have children in school and after school activities ,we don't have time to stand behind the people with large orders and wait to be rung up if we have 20 items. You are going to lose business doing this. You need more cashiers, please stop making people get upset with your employees. There are so many standing around talking and on their cell phones, when they could be ringing people up and getting them on their way..
