The speed limit on Stimpson Lane is 25mph. NO ONE heeds the speed limit, with cars and trucks barreling up and down the road at a MINIMUM of 40mph. Complaint calls to WCM and Lower police are met with indifference and snark. I guess someone important has to die before anything is done. My suggestion? SPEED HUMPS!
