How can a family afford to rent anywhere in Cape May County with the landlord's charging working people. 800 sq.ft. appartment $2500 a month plus utilies. There are some other appartments for $3500 plus utilies. This is a TOO MUCH. Then other landlord's are telling renters to get out they are not renting no more then a month later renting the same place for $3,000 a month. This goes for houses also. If people could afford $3,000 a month they would buy a house. With the electric bills and gas bills so high there is no money left for food. Especially making less than $2000 a month.
