Cape May

The out fall pipes are a bacteria nightmare, these spew dog feces, run off from the streets, pesticide and fertilizer from lawns. There has to be a way for the City of Cape May to control when they are released into the ocean. Wonder if the DEP tests this for safe swimming. Every time the pipes spill into the ocean, many unrecorded ear infections occur (after speaking with local surfers). Let the pipes go at night and an outgoing tide !

Moderator's Note: Doesn't it flow when the rain falls?
