I don't understand the justification of ACE raising their rates so high. Almost every other house or two have solar panels. It is my understanding that a portion of energy produced by these solar panels is being sold back to ACE. If this is correct why the hike? Since Murphy is adamate about climate change, this is his way of forcing all of New Jersey to purchase these solar panels.
