Philadelphia's, a Democrat run city, taxes are insane and now going up AGAIN, But yet they can't cool the schools and it takes an Eagles quarterback to donate $200,000 for air conditioners for class rooms, this is INSANE! I Commend Jalen Hurts for his AWESOME generosity, but you mean to tell me they can't cool classrooms? Maybe the Mayor could donate a little of that $240,000 a year salary she makes. Where is the money going?
