I agree that the "rights" of dog owners to allow others private property for their dogs' business is out of control. You act like this is an entitlement, it is not. Respect for others is non-existent. Then you want to argue about it! Just say you're sorry and keep walking! Solution... use your own property! How many dogs are licensed? Why not use Second Ave islands?
