I know times are hard, money Is tight. I know, where I work is a family. I’m the 1st Bartender to change this (In history). I no longer need/ want $ from servers from drinks I make. I make drinks. Why should they pay me? Do you know, you tip them, then they all pay %, then they tip out the bus boy then the Bartender? Not me. Not any more. They work hard enough. I can’t see them struggle anymore. It’s painful.
